Daniel J. Vieira, Esq.

Attorney Daniel J. Vieira, a Massachusetts native, is a partner in the firm. He is a Providence College and Southern Methodist University Law School graduate and has been practicing law since 1991. His broad business practice includes representing commercial lenders in the State and Federal courts, both in Rhode Island and in Massachusetts. Additionally, his practice includes all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, commercial closing, residential closing, commercial collection, foreclosure and workout.

Attorney Vieira has extensive litigation and appeal experience in general commercial and real estate litigation and all aspects of municipal land use, including zoning and planning. He is a former member and chairman of the Town of Wrentham Planning Board. Mr. Vieira has appeared before the Supreme Court of Rhode Island and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. He is a member of the State and Federal Bars of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
