Attorney Daniel J. Vieira is a partner in the firm and a native of Raynham, Massachusetts, a Providence College and Southern Methodist University Law School graduate, and has been practicing law since 1991. His broad business practice has included representing commercial lenders in the state and federal courts, both in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Additionally, his practice includes all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, commercial closings, residential closings, commercial collection, foreclosure and workout. Attorney Vieira has extensive litigation and appeal experience in general commercial and real estate litigation, all aspects of municipal land use, including zoning and planning. He is a member and chairman of the Town of Wrentham Planning Board and is one of the authors of the Wrentham Affordable Housing Plan which is on file with the Department of Housing and Community Development. Mr. Vieira has appeared before the Supreme Court of Rhode Island and has reported cases in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is a member of the State and Federal Bars of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
